摘要
随着工业控制系统的规模日益庞大,传统的人工方法已经无法监控成千上万条的控制回路性能,而这些控制回路性能变化对产品质量、资源消耗和经济效益有巨大的影响。带遗忘因子最小方差算法是基于过程数据的性能评估算法,在原有的最小方差算法上引入遗忘因子,其评估结果更具实时性和可靠性,可以为控制系统的维护提供可靠的依据。文中运用该方法对广东海门电厂的低加水位系统进行性能评估,以此来表征该系统的性能,并验证了该算法的时变有效性。评估结果表明该算法能够更加准确有效判断系统的整体性能好坏。
The pertormance changes of these control loops have a huge impact on product quality, resource consumption and economic benefits. However, with the growing scale of industrial control systems, traditional manual methods have been unable to monitor the pertormance of thousands of control loops. The least variance algorithm with torgetting factor is a pertormance assessment method based on process data. Introducing the torgetting factor into the original minimum variance algorithm made the evaluation result more real - time and reliable, which provided a reliable basis for the maintenance of the control system. In order to characterize the performance of the system and verily the effectiveness of the algorithm, the research made performance assessment for the low water level control loop of HaiMen power plant. The results showed that the algorithm could judge the overall performance of the system more accurately and effectively.
