中药注射剂不良反应的分析

Analysis and discussion on the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection

目的通过分析中药注射剂不良反应(ADR)发生的规律、特点及原因,探讨减少中药注射剂ADR的措施。方法对某院2016年7月～2017年6月报告的中药注射剂引起的56例ADR进行归类和分析。结果中药注射剂ADR大多发生在静脉滴注10～30 min。60岁以上患者ADR发生率最高。ADR发生在机体多个器官和系统,以皮肤及其附件损害较为常见。活血化瘀类和清热解毒类中药注射剂ADR发生率较高。结论认识中药注射剂ADR发生的规律、特点及原因,加强临床合理用药,注意监测,以减少ADR的发生。

Objective To explore the measures to reduce the adverse drug reaction（ADR） of traditional Chinese medicine injection by analyzing the regularity, characteristics and causes of the ADR. Methods 56 cases of ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine injections reported in hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were classified and analyzed. Results Most of the Chinese medicine injection ADR occurred during the intravenous drip of 10 ～ 30 min. The incidence of ADR in patients over 60 years old was the highest. ADR occurs in a number of organs and systems in the body, and the damage to the skin and its appendages is more common. The incidence of ADR of Traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing away heat and toxic substances is high. Conclusion It is necessary to have a deep comprehension of the regularity, characteristics and causes of the occurrence of Chinese medicine injection ADR, to strengthen the clinical rational use of drugs and to pay attention to monitoring, in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
