雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡疗效观察

Efficacy of rabeprazole four united therapy in the treatment of active gastric ulcer

目的探究对于活动期胃溃疡,使用雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月～2017年9月在我院进行活动期胃溃疡治疗的患者94例,其中随机挑选47例采取以奥美拉唑为主的四联疗法进行治疗,为参照组,其余47例选择以雷贝拉唑为主的四联疗法进行治疗,并设为研究组,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率和Hp的清除比例均高于参照组,疼痛缓解用时短于参照组,、不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于有活动期胃溃疡的患者,采取以雷贝拉唑为核心的四联疗法,能够改善患者的治疗效果,Hp清除更为彻底。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole four united therapy for active gastric ulcer. Methods 94 patients with active gastric ulcer from 2016-09 to 2017-09 in our hospital were selected. Among them, 47 cases were randomly selected for omeprazole based triple therapy and the results were compared. The remaining 47 cases were selected as the inquiry group. Results the total clinical effect rate of patients in the study group was different from that in the reference group, and the proportion of Hp clearance and adverse reactions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with active gastric ulcer, rabeprazole four united therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and make the clearance of the disease more thorough. It is recommended to be widely applied in clinic.
