麻杏石甘汤合泻白散治疗急慢性支气管炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of treating acute and chronic bronchitis with MaXing ShiGan Tang and XieBai San

目的分析麻杏石甘汤合泻白散治疗急慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法选择2016年8月～2017年8月我院中医科收治的急慢性支气管炎100例患者为研究对象,分为两组,每组50例。以常规治疗为基础,对照组患者使用头孢他啶,观察组患者使用麻杏石甘汤合泻白散,分析结果。结果和对照组相比,观察组在发热消失时长、憋喘消失时长以及喘鸣音消失时长方面明显较短,组间差异均具统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组患者治疗总有效率为76.00%,观察组为92.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于急慢性支气管炎,以常规治疗为基础,使用麻杏石甘汤合泻白散能在短时间内改善患者的临床症状,减少治疗成本,提升治疗有效率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of treating acute and chronic bronchitis with MaXing ShiGan Tang and XieBai San. Methods 100 cases of acute and chronic bronchitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects, and there were two groups of 50 patients in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, ceftidine was used in the control group, and the observation group with MaXing ShiGan Tang and XieBai San was used to analyze the results. Results Compared with control group, the observation group in the time of fever disappeared, suppress the breath disappear time and wheezing disappear time were significantly shorter（P 〈 0.05） .The effective rate of control group was 76.00%, the observation group was 92.00%, there were significantly different（P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion For acute or chronic bronchitis, on the basis of conventional treatment, using MaXingShi gan decoction and Xiebai San can in a short period of time to improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, reduce the treatment cost, improve treatment effective, which was worthy of further promotion.
