This article first discusses the impact of the governments＇ support-innovation policies on enterprise innovation and the mechanism of relevant policies impacting enterprise innovation. And then combined with the empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the path of recognition policy impacting innovation and gets the validation results： the recognition policy of high-tech enterprises has a significant impact on enterprises＇ innovation input,and they are in a positive relationship.
