磁共振T_1WI-3D-FFE成像对原发性面肌痉挛的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析磁共振T_1WI-3D-FFE序列显示脑池段面神经神经及其周围血管,探讨其在面肌痉挛诊断中的应用价值。方法收集80例临床诊为原发性面肌痉挛患者行T_1WI-3D-FFE序列扫描,评价其显示患侧面神经与责任血管的效果,。结果 80例面肌痉挛患者图像得分2分29例、3分51例,其中患侧发现神经血管压迫77例,阳性率为96. 25%,健侧发现面神经根部存在血管接触或压迫11例,阳性率为13. 75%; MR T_1WI-3D-FFE成像评估面肌痉挛患者神经血管压迫敏感度为87. 3%、特异度为83. 9%。结论 T_1WI-3D-FFE成像能同时显示脑池段面神经周围血管,是诊断面神经血管压迫性病变的可靠方法。 Objective: Analysis of MRI T1WI-3D-FFE sequence according to brain pool section of facial nerves and its peripheral blood vessels, explore its value in the diagnosis of henfifaeial spasm. Methods: Collecting 80 eases of clinically diagnosed as primary henfifaeial spasm patients scanning with T1WI-3D-FFE sequence, evaluate its display effect of facial nerves and blood vessels. Results: 80 patients with facial spasm scored 2 points 29 eases ,3 points 51 eases ,and 77 eases of nerve vascular compression with henfifaeial spasm, positive rate was 96. 25%, The eontralateral facial nerve roots are found vascular contact or oppression in 11 eases, positive rate was 13.75%. MR T1WI-3D-FFE imaging evaluation of patients with hemifacial spasm nerve vascular compression, the sensitivity was 87. 3% and specificity was 83.9%. Conclusion:T1 WI-3D-FFE imaging can also clear display facial nerve of brain pool section and its surrounding blood vessels, is a reliable method for diagnosing facial nerve vascular compression.
