良性前列腺增生患者围手术期安全管理的价值探讨

Explore the value of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients perioperative safety management

目的探讨安全管理方法在良性前列腺增生患者围手术期的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2015年2月—2018年2月收治的疗效前列腺增生患者70例的临床,根据不同围手术期管理方法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组患者进行常规治疗管理。观察组患者在前者的基础上加用安全管理。对比两组患者围手术期的满意度,对执行查对制度、体位安全摆放、术中无菌操作、术后复苏及安全护送进行评分,同时观察并发症如:尿失禁、尿外渗和性功能障碍的发生率。结果患者满意度观察组比对照组明显增高(P <0. 05)。执行查对制度、体位安全摆放、术中无菌操作、术后复苏及安全护送进行评分观察组好于对照组(P <0. 05)。并发症的发生率观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论良性前列腺增生患者围手术期实行安全管理效果显著,保障术前查对明确、体位舒适、无菌操作规范,成功减少围术期并发症的发生,患者的满意度明显提高,有利于患者康复。

Objective： To explore the application value of safety management method in perioperative period of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients. Methods ： A retrospective analysis of our hospital in February 2015 to February 2018 were the clinical curative effect of 70 patients with hyperplasia of prostate, according to the different methods perioperative management is divided into the control group（ n = 35） and observation group（ n = 35）, control group patients with routine therapy management. The patients in the observation group were treated with safety management on the basis of the former. Compared two groups of patients with perioperative satisfaction, to implement the system of cheek, placement security posture, intraoperative sterile operation, postoperative recovery and security escort to rate, at the same time observe the complications such as urinary incontinence, urinary extravasation, and the incidence of sexual dysfunction. Results ： The observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） in the control system, position safety placement, aseptic operation, postoperative recovery and safety escort. The incidence of complications was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Perioperative patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with safety management, security cheek clear, comfortable posture, preoperative aseptic operation specification, successfully reduce perioperative complications, patients＇ satisfaction increased significantly, is beneficial to patients recovery.
