摘要 为了更好的促进工业的发展,对冶金锅炉压力容器运行过程中常见的安全事故进行分析,针对冶金锅炉压力容器在运行过程中的常见事故,提出不同的检测方法和修复方案,以便进行及时对冶金锅炉压力容器进行有效的排查和维修,并对焊接材料性能和方法等相关因素进行分析研究,以达到冶金锅炉压力容器运行安全的要求。 In order to promote the development of industry, the common safety accidents in the operation of metallurgical boiler and pressure vessel are analyzed, and different detection methods and repairing schemes are put forward in view of the common accidents in the operation of metallurgical boiler and pressure vessel, so as to discharge metallurgical boiler and pressure vessel effectively in time. Check and maintain, and analyze the related factors such as welding material performance and method, in order to meet the requirements of metallurgical boiler and pressure vessel operation safety.
