应用现代高新技术实现井下遥控放矿

摘要 随着市场经济的发展,社会对矿的需求也越来越大,对开矿工作的效率也提出了更高的要求。但在现有的技术中,一般需要运输车辆和操作人员进行人工放矿,井下操作复杂,司机无法独自完成放矿工作,需要有操作人员配合,其人力物力耗费极大,且在施工过程中存在安全隐患等问题。本文我们将从柴胡栏子金矿井下放矿的实际情况出发,结合当今先进的电子信息技术,对井下遥控放矿技术进行研究探讨,能通过感应技术、遥控技术入手,研发出一套遥控放矿设施来使运输车辆司机独自完成放矿相关作业,以此减少放矿作业人员数量,提高作业安全性。 With the development of market economy, the demand for mineral resources is increasing, and the efficiency of mining work is also put forward higher requirements. However, in the existing technology,the driver can not complete the ore drawing work alone, need to cooperate with operators, its human and material resources are extremely expensive, and there are safety problems in the construction process. In this paper, we will proceed from the actual situation of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine, combined with the advanced electronic information technology, study and discuss the remote control technology of underground ore drawing. By means of induction technology and remote control technology, we can develop a set of remote control drawing facilities to enable the driver of transport vehicle to complete the related work of ore drawing alone.So as to reduce the number of ore drawing workers and improve the safety of operations.
