摘要
本文应用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪等通过宏观检查、截面微观形貌观察、镀锌层成分分析的方法对机械结构件热浸镀锌钢管镀锌层进行分析。分析结果表明,运用这种方法可以有效地分析和判别热浸镀锌工艺。
The galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe for mechanical fasteners was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer through macroscopic examination, section micro-morphology observation and composition analysis of galvanized layer. The analysis results show that this method can effectively analyze and distinguish hot-dip galvanizing process.
