摘要
近年来随着连续挤压包覆工艺和铝包钢拉制工艺逐步成熟,铝包钢系列产品因其种类多、强度高、导电率好、耐腐蚀性强等特点,在电网系列产品中广泛应用,市场需求量越来越大。铝包钢丝拉制质量直接影响到铝包钢系列产品的质量,而拉制生产中的冷却效果对铝包钢丝质量有非常重要的影响。本文通过实际生产实验数据和科学计算说明铝包钢拉制冷却效果对铝包钢产品质量影响,并探索铝包钢拉制时合理的冷却方式及控制温度。
In recent years, with the gradual maturity of continuous extrusion cladding process and aluminum clad steel drawing process, aluminum clad steel series products have been widely used in power grid series products due to their characteristics of multiple categories, high strength, good conductivity and strong corrosion resistance, and the market demand is increasing.The quality of aluminum clad steel wire drawing has a direct influence on the quality of aluminum clad steel wire.In this paper, the effects of cooling effect on quality of aluminum clad steel products are illustrated by actual production experimental data and scientific calculation.
