电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定《全国土壤污染状况详查》样品中重金属 被引量:9

摘要 样品经四酸(盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸)分解和王水提取后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对重金属元素铬、镉和铅进行分析,通过在线加入内标校正基体效应和接口效应,应用干扰校正公式消除元素质量数干扰。测定元素校正曲线相关系数在0.9995以上,其测定值均在参考范围以内,3种元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于6%。方法检出限、准确度和精密度均满足《全国土壤污染状况详查样品分析测试方法技术规定》的质量要求。 The agricultural soil samples were decomposed with four acids (hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid)and extracted with aqua regia.The heavy metal elements,such as Cr,Cd and Pb were analyzed with ICP-MS method.The matrix effect and interface effect were corrected by the on-line addition of internal standards .and the element mass number interference was eliminated by the correction formula of interference.All the tested elements’correlation coefficients were over 0.995,The measured values were within the reference range, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 6 elements was less than 8%. The detection limit, accuracy and precision are all satisfied with the quality requirements of the technical requirements for the analysis and test method of soil pollution in China. The method is easy to prepare, quick to analyze, good stability, suitable for soil pollution investigation or sample analysis in agricultural environment survey.
