摘要 本文针对7075系铝合金,运用Deform-3D软件建立了金属手机壳冲压加工的有限元模型,通过对冲压加工的拉深、冲孔过程的进行数值模拟,验证了有限元模拟的可靠性,对比了不同加载速度、凸凹模间隙等对工件成形的影响,分析了拉深过程中的起皱问题,以及冲孔过程中的毛刺过大问题,对这些缺陷进行优化改良。 In this paper, based on the 7075 series aluminum alloy, the finite element model of metal mobile phone shell stamping processing was established by using Deform-3D software. The reliability of finite element simulation was verified by numerical simulation of the deep drawing and punching process of stamping processing. The effects of different loading speeds, convex and concave mold gaps size on the forming of the workpiece were analyzed. The wrinkling problem during the drawing process and the excessive burr in the punching process were analyzed, and these defects were optimized and improved.
