摘要
本文主要对我矿的MT-08发动机缸体穴蚀这一重大故障的发生原因、专业维修、故障点的判断和对此类故障点的管控措施的制定做了详细说明。研究缸体构造来判断故障点可能是缸盖内部有裂纹或缸体薄弱处有串通。为延长发动机周期使用寿命,设计了发动机缸体多功能柱塞,解决了这一故障难题。
In this paper, the causes, professional maintenance, fault point judgment and control measures of cavitation corrosion of MT-08 engine cylinder block in our mine are described in detail. Study cylinder structure to determine the fault point may be inside the cylinder head crack or cylinder block weak collusion. In order to prolong the service life of the engine cycle, the multi-functional plunger of the engine cylinder block is designed and the trouble is solved.
