摘要
基于化工过程理论和工程实践经验,开发了氧化铝生产过程物料和能量平衡计算模型。通过此模型的计算,可得到氧化铝厂的物料与能量平衡结果。模型可实现一水硬铝石、一水软铝石、三水铝石生产氧化铝的工艺流程模拟,并在国内外多个项目中得到了应用。开发的计算模型与传统的计算方式相比,流程表达更完善、边界条件定义更全面、输出信息量更丰富并且结果更准确。模型的应用可以降低工程设计人员的计算工作量、提高效率,使设计与生产实际更好的结合;可以使氧化铝厂的工艺设计更加精细化,指导生产操作更加智能化。
Based on the chemical process theory and engineering practice experience, the calculation model of material and energy balance in alumina production process was developed. Through the calculation of this model, the material and energy balance results of the alumina plant can be obtained. The model can realize the process simulation of alumina production from diaspore, boehmite and gibbsite, and has been applied in many projects at home and abroad. Compared with the traditional calculation method, the developed calculation model has better process expression, more comprehensive definition of boundary conditions, richer output information and more accurate results. The application of the model can reduce the computational workload of the engineering designer, improve the efficiency, and make the design and production actually better combined; the process design of the alumina plant can be more refined, and the production operation can be more intelligent.
