摘要
舟山市岱山县大小鱼山促淤围涂工程二期成陆工程是决定着舟山绿色石化基地一期工程能否于2018年年底正式投入运行的重要工程。为了在预计工期内,在原有的施工合同的施工范围中,新增了火炬区开山爆破与边坡修整,采用预裂爆破法处理,它是沿预定的爆破边界按一定的间距布置一排预裂爆破孔,采用不耦合装药的方法,在主爆区起爆之前先起爆的一排孔,使岩体的冲击波达到预裂面时便被折射、扩散、拢动和吸收,破坏作用大大衰减,从而可以避免或大为减小主爆孔爆破时对预裂面以外岩体的破坏及松动作用。保证边破的稳定性,为矿山开采工作提供重要保障。
The second-stage land-forming project of Daishan Xiaoyushan Silt-promoting Enclosure Project is an important project that decides whether the first-stage project of Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Base can be put into operation by the end of 2018. It arranges a row of pre-splitting blasting holes along the predetermined blasting boundary at a certain distance, and uses the method of uncoupled charge to detonate before detonating in the main blasting area. A row of holes make the shock wave of rock mass be refracted, diffused, gathered and absorbed when it reaches the pre-splitting surface, and the destructive effect is greatly attenuated. Thus, the destructive and loosening effect of blasting main blasting hole on rock mass outside the pre-splitting surface can be avoided or greatly reduced. Ensuring the stability of the edge will provide an important guarantee for mine exploitation.
