变电站建设全过程具有施工周期长、资金投入大等特点,成本控制难度较大,在实施过程中经常出现超预算现象,因此,加强变电站成本控制十分必要。随着科学技术的发展,BIM技术逐渐被应用到变电站成本控制工作中,实现了变电站工程造价管理质量和管理效率的提升。论文对变电站成本控制的内容进行介绍,对基于BIM技术的变电站成本控制及实现方法进行探讨,希望能为相关行业提供参考。

The whole construction process of substation has the characteristics of long construction period, large capital input, etc., which makes the cost control more difficult. The over-budget phenomenon often occurs in the implementation process. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen the cost control of substation. With the development of science and technology, BIM technology is gradually applied to the cost control work of substation, and the cost management quality and management effciency of the substation project have been improved. This paper introduces the content of substation cost control, and discusses the cost control and realization method of substation based on BIM technology, hoping to provide reference for relevant industries.
