城市顶层设计的落地问题是影响智慧城市建设的重要问题之一。论文对影响智慧城市顶层设计落地的主要问题展开初步分析,以此对智慧城市顶层设计的落地改进提出一些建议,以进一步推进智慧城市的建设。

The landing problem of urban top-level design is one of the most important problems affecting the construction of smart city. This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the main problems affecting the landing problem of the top-level design of smart city, and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the top-level design of smart city, so as to further promote the construction of smart city.
