Coding Analysis Method of Urban Planning——Taking Housing Interview Data of Sheffield as an Example

住房是人们生活的基本需求,满足居民的居住需求是社会问题。因此,住房研究既是经济问题,也是重要的社会问题。城市规划中的编码分析法是运用类似于程序一样的编码与解码过程,将收集到的一手数据转化为逻辑学术材料的一种分析方法。论文从英国谢菲尔德的居民访谈中选择5份采访作为研究数据,用编码分析法对影响住房满意度的因素进行分析。

Housing is the basic needs of people＇s lives, and meeting the living demand of residents are social problems. Therefore, housing research is not only an economic issue, but also an important social problem. Coding analysis method of urban planning is an analytical method that transforms collected primary data into logical academic materials by using the same coding and decoding process as a program. The paper selects fve interviews from the interviews of residents in Sheffeld, UK, as the research data, then analyzes the factors that affect housing satisfaction by coding analysis.
