摘要 根据中国石化的管线管理现状,在云平台及SOA架构基础上,利用大数据、云计算、GIS技术、移动应用等先进信息技术,建成具有自主知识产权的智能化管线管理系统。系统集管道完整性管理、管线运行管理、应急响应管理、隐患治理管理、巡线管理应用、大数据应用等功能为一体。建设过程中无国内外相似经验可供借鉴。通过广泛调研和技术交流,创新性地研发了管线系统多源空间数据融合、风险隐患聚类分析、油品泄漏计算等技术,为完整性管理、巡线管理等业务应用提供技术支持,实现了管线风险管控,保障油气管线安全高效平稳运行。 According to the pipeline management status of Sinopec, an intelligent pipeline management system with independent intellectual property rights is built on the basis of cloud platform and SOA architecture, using advanced information technology such as big data, cloud computing, GIS technology, mobile applications and so on. The system integrates the functions of pipeline integrity management, pipeline operation management, emergency response management, hidden danger management, patrol management application, big data application and so on. No similar experience at home and abroad can be used for reference in the construction process. Through extensive investigation and technical communication, the pipeline system's multi-source spatial data fusion, risk and hidden danger cluster analysis, oil leakage calculation and other technologies are innovatively researched and developed. Technical supports are provided for integrity management, patrol management and other applications. Pipeline risks are controlled to ensure safe and effcient operation of oil and gas pipelines.
