摘要
对印度果阿地区某高品位铁矿石进行了系统的试验研究,原矿品位较高,但磁性铁含量较低,为1.54%,矿石中大部分为赤褐铁矿,含量为41.30%,占总铁含量的94.62%。经过弱磁选—强磁选—重选—再磨—重选,精矿中铁含量为60%以上,产率为41.79%,金属回收率为57.24%,达到较好的产品指标,对印度地区高品位赤褐铁矿的选别具有一定的借鉴意义。
Systematic tests and study are conducted on a high grade iron ore in Goa region,India.The iron ore has high grade with a low content of magnetic iron of 1.54%.Most of ores are hematite and limonite with a content of 41.30%,accounting for 94.62% of total iron content.Through process of LIMS-HIMS-gravity separation-regrinding-gravity separation,good product indexes are obtained.Content of iron in concentrates is above 60%,yield is 41.79% and metal recovery is 57.24%.This study is referential to separation of high-grade hematite and limonite.
