本钢歪头山铁矿共有79条皮带输送机,分别负责矿石、岩石、铁精矿等三种物料的输送任务,覆盖了整体选别系统。为了保证生产任务的顺利完成,降低皮带机故障发生率、提高生产效率,对皮带机的日常最易出现的跑偏故障进行总结分析,并作出相应的解决方案,以便提高皮带机的使用寿命。
