摘要
"经济新常态""大众创业,万众创新"等政策性文件的出台,使得企业的生存环境日趋严峻,相互之间竞争愈发剧烈。"中国制造2025"的提出,为中国制造业提供发展机会的同时,也带来了前所未有的挑战。面对经济转型背景,粗放式生产已成为历史,如何使组织"冗余资源"最大限度转化为"绩效",成为企业关注的焦点。本文以186家制造业上市公司为研究对象,收集2013—2015年面板数据,引入探索利用行为这一调节变量,建立回归模型,利用stata14. 0进行相关统计分析。研究结果表明组织冗余与企业绩效呈线性或非线性"倒U型"关系;探索和利用行为在组织冗余与企业绩效关系中发挥调节作用,正向或负向的调节"资源—绩效"的转化。
The promulgation of policy documents such as "New Normal Economy", "Mass Entrepreneurship and In-novation" has made the living environment of enterprises more and more severe and the competition among themmore and more intense. The proposal of "Made in China 2025" not only provides opportunities for the developmentof Chinese manufacturing industry, but also brings unprecedented challenges. Faced with the background of eco-nomic transformation, extensive production has become a history, how to maximize the organization "redundant re-sources" into "pefformance" has become the focus of enterprise attention. This paper takes 186 listed manufactur-ing companies as the research object, collects panel data from 2013 to 2015, introduces exploratory use behavior asa moderatory variable, establishes a regression model, and uses Stata 14.0 to make statistical analysis. The resultsshow that absorbable slack is positively correlated with short-term performance, unabsorbed slack is positively corre-lated with long-term and short-term pefformance, and inverted U-shaped relationship respectively.
