摘要
实际运行动车组空调机组的故障数据具有变样本容量、截尾性质的特点,数据处理方法与常规可靠性试验不同。以极值分布模型的应用为例,研究了动车组空调机组可靠性建模过程,重点对概率分布函数的假设检验方法进行研究并作验证,通过实例证明了该方法的有效性。
In view of the fact that the fault data of EMU air conditioning unit in practical operation generally has variable sample size and truncated characteristics, special data processing method is adopted in reliability analysis. An extreme value distribution model is intro duced to describe the reliability changing with operation mileage for a certain type of EMU air conditioning unit, two kinds of hypothesis testing methods of the probability distribution function are applied and discussed, an example proves that the application effect is good.
