摘要
为了验证重载列车牵引与电制动模型可靠性,以HX_D1型8轴9 600kW电力机车为研究对象,使用列车空气制动与纵向动力学联合仿真系统(TABLDSS)分别对惰行、牵引和电制动工况下的速度、车钩力等参数进行仿真计算并与试验比较。结果表明:车辆运行基本阻力模型在惰行工况下能够很好的模拟列车瞬时速度变化,最大误差0.9km/h;上坡道牵引工况下的仿真速度与试验最大误差在±1km/h内,第4车车钩力最大误差3.2%;下坡道制动工况下仿真速度误差0.8km/h,第4车车钩力最大误差3.7%,证明了建立的车辆运行基本阻力、牵引与电制动模型是准确的。
In order to verify the reliability of traction and dynamic braking model of heavy haul trains,the HXD1 8 axis 9 600 kw electric locomotive is taken as the research object, the parameters of velocity and coupler force under idle running,traction and dynamic braking conditions were simulated and compared with the test by using TABLDSS(Train Air Brake and Longitudinal Dynamics Simulation Sys tern). The results show that the new model of basic vehicle running resistance can simulate the instantaneous velocity variation of train under the idle running condition, the maximum deviation is only 0.9 km/h; The maximum velocity deviation of simulation and test un der the condition of uphill traction is within +1 km/h ,the maximum deviation of coupler force is 3.2G. Under the condition of dynamic braking on downhill, the velocity deviation between simulation and test is 0.8 km/h, and the maximum deviation of coupler force is 3.7%. It proves that the established models of basic vehicle running resistance,traction and dynamic braking are correct.
