摘要
针对航空发动机振动信号频谱分析存在的混叠效应、量化误差、频谱泄漏以及栅栏效应等问题,在分析低压转子转速信号和振动信号关系的基础上,提出以转速高齿信号周期为基准标记振动信号,并对标记信号进行频谱分析的方法。结果表明,方法具有实时性强、运算量小且频谱分析精度高等优点,可用于航空发动机机载在线振动信号数据分析。
Aiming at the problems of aliasing effect,quantization error,spectrum leakage and barrier effect which exist in spectrum analysis of aeroengine vibration signals,based on analyzing the relationship of low pressure rotor rotational speed signals and vibration signals,this paper proposed that vibration signals are marked by the reference of high tooth signal period,and spectrum analyses is done for the marked signals.The simulation test results show that,the method has the advantages of good real time,low computation cost and more accuracy spectrum analyses,and can be used to analyze the spectrum of aeroengine vibration signals.
