摘要 简要分析了现代飞行器概要设计过程中气动外形设计所遇到的问题、需求以及发展现状,分析了商业优化软件在优化设计中的优势与不足。重点阐述了气动优化设计系统研发过程中,在优化定义的问题、优化流程集成的问题、数据传输接口问题、大规模并行计算任务管理问题、结果数据可视化的问题等方面的解决方法。并提出了以可视化交互式定义优化问题为基础,集成可靠的全局与局部优化算法,以CFD仿真计算为手段,高性能计算资源为支撑结合近似模型快速获得可靠的优化结果,提供多样的优化过程数据、样本点仿真结果数据的可视化并自动生成优化分析报告功能的一整套优化设计系统构建方案,为现代飞行器概要设计阶段提供快速、实用、专业的优化设计软件工具。 In this paper,the requirements and the state of the art of the aerodynamic shape design encountered in the outline design process of modern aircraft were briefly analyzed.Moreover,the advantages and disadvantages of commercial optimization design software were analyzed.Then,the problem of optimization definition,optimization process integration,data transmission interface,the large scale parallel computing task management was emphasized.Based on the definition optimization problem by the visual interactive,we proposed the a set of optimization design system,including the integration of reliable global and local optimization methods,the reliable optimization results from CFD,the high performance computing resource based on the approximate model,the various process date,the sample point data and automatic generation analysis report.Consequently,we can provide a rapid,practical and professional optimization tool for the general design phase of the modern aircraft.
