基于统计的软件失效模式研究

摘要 针对产品软件,采集从研发阶段到定型测试阶段的所有错误,采用统计学方法对其进行失效分类,并对这些分类进行风险排序,最终得到风险级别最高的3类失效模式,以及导致这3类失效模式的错误,为软件健康管理提供依据。 The purpose of this paper is to collect all the errors form the development stage to the final test stage in the model software,to classify all the errors by statistical method,and to sort these failure by RPN.Finally,three kinds of failure modes with the highest risk level are obtained,and the errors that lead to these three kinds of failure modes,which provide the basis for software health management.
