开孔泡沫金属散热性能实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 机载电子设备性能不断提高,芯片功耗不断增大,传统风冷换热效率急需提高。开孔泡沫金属是一种新型多孔、高面体比、低密度材料,在风冷强化换热方面具有应用前景。针对开孔泡沫金属散热样件及传统铝制优化肋片散热样件进行了对比实验测试,研究了开孔泡沫金属散热样件的散热性能。测试结果表明,95%10PPi泡沫铜散热性能优于传统铝制优化肋片结构。开孔泡沫金属的基材导热率对开孔泡沫金属散热效果影响明显,应选择基材导热率高的开孔泡沫金属。95%20PPi泡沫铜在低雷诺数范围内有较高的换热系数,压降在机载电子设备许用压降范围内。 The performance of airborne electronic equipment is improved continuously and the chip power consumption is increasing.The traditional air cooled heat transfer efficiency needs to be improved urgently.Porous metal foam is a new type of porous material with high surface ratio and low density.It has application prospects in air cooled heat transfer enhancement.In this paper,the heat dissipation properties are studied by comparing the heat dissipation samples of open foam metal parts with those of traditional aluminum optimized ribbed pieces.The test results show that the heat dissipation property of 95% 10PPi foam copper is superior to that of traditional aluminum optimized rib structure.The thermal conductivity of foam metal has an obvious effect on the heat dissipation.95% 20PPi copper foam has a higher heat transfer coefficient in the range of low Re number.The pressure drop is within the allowable pressure drop range for airborne electronic equipment.
