摘要
三防涂层对于军用印制电路组件具有良好的保护效果。在生产制造中,传统热固化涂层制约产品交付效率。光固化具有干燥速率快、运行成本低、清洁高效等优点,应用于生产中将极大提高生产效率,减少生产等待时间。针对三防丙烯酸涂层的光固化工艺进行探索研究,并对光固化涂层分别从湿热、霉菌、盐雾、附着力4个方面进行涂层质量考核。
Conformal coating has good protective effect on the military PCBAs.In manufacturing,the delivery efficiency of products is limited by the traditional thermal curing method.Light curing has the advantages of fast drying rate,low running coat and high cleaning efficiency.In this paper,the light curing process of acrylic coating is studied.The quality of the coating was tested form the aspects of humidity,mold,salt fog and adhesion.
