摘要
针对机载电子系统产品研发过程数据缺乏有效管理,全面性、完整性不够的问题,在深入研究机载电子系统产品集成研发的基础上,总结了过程数据管理的业务逻辑和技术实现。按数据在设计过程中承担作用、专业体系、协同研发阶段和过程要素、数据格式等方式,建立了数据的多个分类属性体系。通过数据流梳理定义数据的标识、相互之间的影响关系,明确数据类型和格式,关联系统和工具,形成数据总线,实现数据应用。建立数据管理系统,构件统一的数据管理模型,实现过程数据的有效共享和高效交换,提高了研发过程数据的可重复性和可追溯性。
Aiming at the problem of the lack of effective management,comprehensiveness and integrity of the data in thedevelopment process of airborne electronic system products,a dynamic approach for the business logic and technology realization of process data management is proposed,on the basis of the study of the integrated development of airborne electronic system products.Firstly,multiple classification attribute systems of data are established according to the data's role in the design process,professional system,collaborative research and development stage,process elements and data format,etc.Then,data flow is used to analyze and define the identification of data and the mutual influence relationship,to clarify data types and formats,to correlate systems and tools,to form data bus and realize data application.Finally,the data management system and the unified data management model are established to realize effective sharing and exchange of process data,which improves the repeatability and traceability of data in the development process.
