农地确权对农户参与农机服务供给的影响分析——基于水稻种植户的考察

Impact of Farmland Registration and Certification on Farmers' Participation in Agricultural Machinery Service Supply:Based on Investigation of Rice Growers

利用2016年粤赣两省787份水稻种植户抽样调查数据,实证分析农地确权对拥有整地与收割机械的稻农参与农机服务供给的影响。结果显示:农地确权对农机户参与整地与收割环节农机服务供给有正向影响,表明农地确权可能通过降低地块信息不对称性来节约农机服务供给成本,进而激励农机户参与农机服务供给,但这种正向影响未通过显著性检验;而务农劳动力兼业比例越高,农机户参与农机服务供给可能性越大;水田面积对农机户参与整地机械服务供给存在显著"倒U型"关系;村庄土地细碎化程度对农机户参与农机服务供给影响显著为负,机械服务价格对农机户参与农机服务供给有显著促进作用。

This paper makes use of the sample survey data of 787 rice growers in Guangdong and Jiangxi Province to empirically analyze the impact of farmland registration and certification on the participation of rice farmers with land preparation and harvesting machinery in agricultural service provision.The results show that the farmland registration and certification have a positive effect on households with preparation and harvesting machinery who participate in providing the agricultural machinery services.Besides,farmland registration and certification may save the cost of agricultural machinery service supply by reducing the information asymmetry of land,and encourage households equipped with preparation and harvesting machinery to participate in the service supply of agricultural machinery,but this positive effect has failed to pass the significant test.However,the higher the proportion of agricultural labor force,the greater the proportion of agricultural labor households participating in farm machinery service supply.There exists a significant ＂inverted U-shaped＂ relationship between paddy field area and farmers participating in the service provision of land preparation machinery;the degree of fragmentation of village land has a significant negative impact on farmer households＇ participating in the supply of agricultural machinery services,and machinery service prices play a significant role in promoting the participation of farmer households in agricultural machinery service supply.
