肉鸡养殖户质量安全生产行为实证分析——基于京津冀地区319个养殖户的调研

Empirical Analysis on Quality and Safety Production Behavior of Broiler Farmers:Based on Survey of 319 Farmers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

"激素鸡""病死鸡"等影响肉鸡质量安全的问题既引起了消费者的担忧,也严重影响我国肉鸡产业的健康发展。肉鸡养殖户作为养殖环节的重要生产主体,其质量安全生产行为的规范程度,不仅是肉鸡产业链管理的重点,也是推动我国肉鸡产业持续健康发展的基础。基于京津冀地区肉鸡养殖户的实地调研,对区域肉鸡养殖户质量安全生产现状进行分析,运用二元逻辑回归模型,构建养殖户质量安全生产行为分析模型,识别影响养殖户质量安全生产行为的影响因素。结果表明:组织功能和区域政府规制对养殖户质量安全生产行为的影响存在差异,在此基础上,研究从完善组织服务功能、强化政府规制水平以及提升养殖户安全认知等方面,对加强养殖户肉鸡生产质量安全生产行为提供参考意见。

In recent years,the issue of quality and safety of agricultural products has aroused widespread concern in the society,especially the quality and safety of broilers.Problems including ＂hormone chicken＂ and ＂dead chickens＂ have not only caused increasing concerns,but also seriously affected the healthy development of the broiler industry in China.Broiler farmers are an indispensable link in the industrial chain so that their production behavior is not only the focus of broiler industry chain management,but also the foundation for the sustained and healthy development of the broiler industry in China.Based on the investigation of broiler farmers in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper analyzed the current situation of the quality safety production of regional broiler farmers.With the binary logistic regression model,the paper identified the factors that affect the quality and safety by constructing the analysis model of the quality safety production behavior of the farmers.The results showed that the organizational function and regional government regulation have different effect on the quality and safety control.On this basis,some suggestions were provided on bettering the production quality of broilers from such aspects as improving the function of organizations and services,strengthening government regulation,and enhancing farmers＇ safety awareness.
