复合酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、氮磷及氨气排放的影响 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】为复合酶制剂在蛋鸡生产中的应用提供理论基础。【方法】试验选取体重、产蛋率相近的产蛋鸡2万只,分为2组,每组1万只,对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组蛋鸡在基础日粮中添加200g/t的复合酶制剂。【结果】与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡排泄物内粗灰分的含量无显著差异,粪便中氮的含量显著降低;粪便中磷的含量极显著降低;试验组鸡舍内氨气含量显著降低;试验组蛋鸡产蛋率显著增加;平均产蛋量极显著增加;料蛋比极显著降低、试验组蛋鸡蛋壳厚度无显著差异、蛋壳强度无显著差异、哈氏单位无显著差异、蛋白高度无显著差异、蛋黄颜色无显著差异;平均蛋重显著增高。【结论】饲料中添加复合酶制剂后在不影响鸡蛋品质的前提下显著提高了氮、磷利用率,进而降低了蛋鸡粪便氮、磷的排放以及氨气的排放,同时改善了蛋鸡的生产性能。 【Objective】The purpose of this study is to research the effects of the addition of a multienzyme agent in the feed to nitrogen, phosphorus and the amount of ammonia in the egg,the effect on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens was also studied. it provides a theoretical basis for the application of compound enzyme preparation in the production of laying hens.【Methods】The experiment selected 20 thousand egg laying hens with similar weight and egg production rate, which were divided into two groups,10 thousand in each group. The control group was fed basal diet, and the experimental group was added 200g/t compound enzyme in the basal diet.【Results】Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between the experimental group contained hens excreta crude ash, the content of nitrogen in the feces was significantly decreased ; the content of phosphorus in feces was significantly decreased ; the ammonia content in experimental group was significantly decreased in Henhouse ; the experimental group laying rate significantly increased ; the average egg production increased significantly; feed egg is significantly lower than the pole ; There were no significant differences in egg shell thickness, shell strength, haag, protein height and yolk color in the test group.【Conclusion】The addition of compound enzyme to feed significantly increased the utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus without affecting the quality of eggs, thus reducing the nitrogen and phosphorus emissions and ammonia emissions of chicken feces, and improving the performance of laying hens.
