‘2+3’模式下肉鸽能量和蛋白质需要量研究 被引量:9

Study on the energy and protein requirements of meat pigeon under 2+3 feeding pattern

摘要 【目的】为提高肉鸽生产效率。【方法】选取适龄亲鸽,按照体重、年龄相近的原则随机分为6个试验组,采用2~3双因子试验设计,试验1~6组能量与粗蛋白质水平分别为12.39 MJ/kg,17%;12.39 MJ/kg,16%;12.39MJ/kg,15%;12.81MJ/kg,17%;12.81MJ/kg,16%;12.81 MJ/kg,15%。记录体重、采食量,计算日增重、饲料转化率等数据。【结果】乳鸽7日龄时试验组2和试验组1平均体重就具有明显的优势;至21日龄,两者体重显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);试验组1和试验组2的平均日增重在7~14日龄和14~21日龄显著高于其他组(P<0.05),在耗料量没有显著差异的情况下,同期饲料转化率明显低于其他组;综合0~21日龄整体来看,试验组1和试验组2的平均日增重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),试验组1饲料转化率显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05),试验组2饲料转化率显著低于试验组3和试验组6 (P<0.05)。【结论】试验结果表明肉鸽的日粮中能量12.39MJ/kg,粗蛋白17%时生产性能最佳,饲料转化率最低,可以提高养殖场经济效益。 【Objective】This study aimed to explore the suitable ratio of crude protein and energy in feed under "2 + 3" feeding pattern in Beijing and provide theoretical support for improving the production efficiency of meat pigeon. 【Methods】The breeders were randomly selected according to body weight and age, and divided randomly into 6 treatment groups. The 2×3 two-factor experimental design was used. The energy and crude protein levels of the experimental groups 1-6 were 12.39 MJ/kg and 17%,12.39 MJ/kg and16%; 12.39 MJ/kg and 15%; 12.81 MJ/kg/ kg and 17%; 12.81 MJ/kg and 16%; 12.81 MJ/kg and 15%. Body weights(BW) and average daily feed intakes (ADFI) were recorded, while the average daily gain(ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were calculated.【Results】BW of group 2 and group 1 had obvious advantages at the age of 7 days. Up to 21 days of age, BW of both groups were significantly higher than those of the other ones ( P 〈0.05). The ADG of group 1 and group 2, were significantly higher than those of the other ones ( P 〈0.05) at 7-14 days and at 14-21 days. With similar DFI, FCR were significantly lower than those of the other groups. From 0-21 days, ADG of group 1 and group 2, were significantly higher than those of the other groups ( P 〈0.05). FCR of group 1 was significantly lower than those of the other groups ( P 〈0.05), and FCR of group 2 was significantly lower than those of group 3 and group 6 ( P 〈0.05). 【Conclusion】The results revealed that the production performance of the meat pigeon with 12.39 MJ/kg of energy and 17% crude protein was the best and FCR was the lowest, which could and improve the economic benefits of the pigeon farm.
