7种禾本科牧草生产性能及营养价值比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了给三峡库区筛选出一批高产质优、适应性强的牧草品种,对7种禾本科重要牧草的生产性能及营养价值进行了比较分析。结果表明,鲜、干草产量最高依次为"牧特利"黑麦和"大汉"燕麦,最差为"矮优"小麦;株高、茎叶比及干鲜比表现最好的为"大汉"燕麦;粗蛋白、粗灰分、粗脂肪表现最好的仍为"大汉"燕麦,平均含量分别为18. 36%、13. 71%、3. 76%;总糖含量最高的为"矮优"小麦;粗纤维、ADF表现最好的分别为"矮优"小麦,NDF最好的则为"边锋"燕麦。总体分析来看,"大汉"燕麦综合表现最佳,可在三峡库区推广应用。 The production performance and nutritional value of 7 gramineous forage grass were investigated to screen a number of high yield and high quality and adaptable forage varieties in Three Gorges Reservoir area. The result showed that the highest yield of fresh and hay was"Nutrifeed"secale and"Dahan"oats,and the worst is"dwarf"wheat; the best performance of plant height,stem-to-leaf ratio and dry-to-sale ratio was"Dahan"oats; the best performance of crude protein,crude ash and crude fat was"Dahan"oats,with an average content of 18. 36%,13. 71% and 3. 76%,respectively; the highest sugar content is"dwarf"wheat; the best performance of crude fiber and ADF is"dwarf"wheat,and the best NDF is"blancher"oats. Overall analysis shows that the"Dahan"oats have the best comprehensive performance and can be applied in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
