摘要 为探讨品种选育对贵州白山羊不同生长发育阶段产肉性能的影响,在选育群和自繁群中分别选择同期断奶(2月龄)的公羔羊30只(其中阉割羔15只)、母羔羊各15只,在相同饲养环境、管理水平和放牧条件下,采取同群全程饲养的方法,对周岁、1. 5岁、成年3个年龄段的公羊、母羊和阉割羊进行屠宰测定。结果表明,选育群周岁、1. 5岁、成年3个年龄段的公羊、母羊和阉割羊产肉性能指标均相应高于自繁群,其中组间宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、骨重等指标差异极显著(P<0. 01);屠宰率、净肉率和肉骨比等指标差异显著(P<0. 05)。这表明开展品种选育不仅具有明显的增重效果,还可充分挖掘贵州白山羊产肉潜力。 To study the effect of variety breeding on the meat performance of Guizhou White Goats at different stages of growth and development,30 male lambs( including 15 castrated lambs) and 15 female lambs of 2 months old,weaning at the same time,were chosen from the breeding group and the self-reproduction group,respectively. These lambs were bred under the same conditions. 1-year old,1. 5-y ear old,and adult goats were slaughtered and measured. The results showed that: the meat performance index of 1-year old,1. 5-year old,and adult male,female and castrated goats from breeding group were higher than those of self-reproduction group. The slaughter weight,carcass weight,net meat weight,and bone weight were of very significant differences( P 〈0. 01),the slaughter rate,net meat rate and meat bone ratio were of significant differences( P〈0. 05). The results showed that the variety breeding could not only improve the weight gain,but also fully excavate the meat production potential of the Guizhou White Goat.
