摘要
萜类是三大次生代谢产物之一,以异戊二烯为结构单元,碳原子数为5的倍数,根据其所含结构单元的数目进行分类,其中五环三萜(Pentacyclic Triterpenoids)是由六个异戊二烯单元连接而成的五个闭合环为母体的三萜类化合物,是一类重要的天然化合物,在自然界分布极广,具有广泛的药理作用和重要的生物活性,包括抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、免疫调节、调节血糖、降血压和抗肿瘤活性等^([1-5]),临床应用前景诱人,是目前天然药物化学研究的一个热点。本文通过查阅文献,对近年来五环三萜类化合物的药理作用研究进展进行综述,为该类化合物进一步研究、开发和利用提供参考。
Terpenoids are one of the three major secondary metabolites.Isoprene is used asa structural unit and the number of carbon atoms is 5.Pentacyclic Triterpenoids is the five closed from six isoprene units connected to the ring for Terpenoids,is a kind of important natural compounds which is widely distributed in nature,and has extensive pharmacological effects and important biological activity,including anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,immunomodulatory,regulating blood glucose,blood pressure lowering and anti-tumor activity.It is a hot spot in the study of natural medicinal chemistry,and in this paper,the research progress of pharmacological action of terpenoids in recent years was reviewed,which provides reference for further research,development and utilization ofthese compounds.
