摘要
目的制备绿原酸的乙二胺-β-环糊精包合物,考察其中绿原酸的化学稳定性。方法以乙二胺-β-环糊精对绿原酸进行包合,优选包合条件,并比较绿原酸及其三种包合物在水溶液中的稳定性。结果乙二胺-β-环糊精包合绿原酸的优化条件是溶剂为40%乙醇溶液,温度为25℃,搅拌时间为3h;其中绿原酸的水溶液稳定性优于其他包合物。结论乙二胺-β-环糊精包合技术可为改进绿原酸液体制剂稳定性提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the ethylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of chlorogenic acid,and to investigate its chemical stability.METHODS Clathrating the chlorogenic acid with ethylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin,the inclusion conditions were optimized,and the stability ofchlorogenic acid and the three inclusion compounds in aqueous solution were compared. RESULTS The optimum conditions of ethylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin inclusion chlorogenic acid is prepared in the ethanol solution (wt% 40%)at 25℃ for 3h;and the stability of the chlorogenic acid aqueous solution is better than the other inclusion compounds. CONCLUSION The ethylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin inclusion technology can provide the reference for improving the stability of chlorogenic acid liquid preparation.
