摘要
目的通过观察滇桂艾纳香滴丸对诱发排卵大鼠卵巢血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响,探讨其促进卵泡发育成熟和排卵的作用机制。方法通过观察卵巢内微环境卵泡发育调节因子VEGF的阳性表达,初步研究滇桂艾纳香滴丸促排卵药效。结果结果显示,滇桂艾纳香滴丸组VEGF的阳性面积、平均光密度、阳性面积率、积分光密度在卵泡发育期和排卵前期均高于模型组,高剂量组的作用高于中、低剂量组,均有显著性差异。各组排卵前期的上述指标均明显高于各组的相应卵泡发育期。结论滇桂艾纳香滴丸能提高大鼠卵巢VEGF的表达,可能是其促进排卵的作用机制。
OBJECTIVE Through observing vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in rats to research the efficacy of ovulation induction of Blumeariparia (Bl.) DC dropping pills. METHODS Positive expression of VEGFin ovarian microenvironment follicle development regulator was observed,then researched the drug efficacy of ovulation induction of Blumea riparia(Bl.) DC dropping pills preliminarily. RESULTS Results showed that positive area,positive area rate,average optical density and integral optical densityof VEGF of Blumea riparia (Bl.) DC dropping pill group in follicular development and pre-ovulation stage were higher than in model group.The effect of highdose group was higher than the middle and low dose group,all had significant di
fference.The above indicators of pre-ovulation stage of all groups were significantly higher than follicular development. CONCLUSIONBlumea riparia (Bl.) DC dropping pills can improve the expression of VEGF in the rat ovary,may be it′s mechanism of action of promoting ovulation.
