怀山药及其非药用部位重金属含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的为充分利用怀山药资源,避免资源的浪费,测定并比较怀山药各部位的重金属,为怀山药非药用部位的食用以及综合开发提供必要实验依据,充分利用怀山药资源,提高怀山药经济价值。方法石墨炉、火焰、氢化发生-冷原子吸收法测定怀山药药材及非药用部位中铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)五种重金属元素的含量。结果怀山药药材、根皮、薯蓣藤茎、叶片及零余子中Cu元素的平均含量依次为:4. 05μg·g^(-1)、26. 03μg·g^(-1)、23. 11μg·g^(-1)、21. 88μg·g^(-1)、19. 37μg·g^(-1),Cd元素的平均含量依次为:33. 31ng·g^(-1)、112. 64ng·g^(-1)、366. 80ng·g^(-1)、262. 20ng·g^(-1)、76. 14ng·g^(-1),As元素的平均含量依次为:21. 18ng·g^(-1)、74. 83ng·g^(-1)、438. 63ng·g^(-1)、330. 90ng·g^(-1)、23. 95ng·g^(-1),Pb元素的平均含量依次为:820. 30ng·g^(-1)、1009. 93ng·g^(-1)、2264. 67ng·g^(-1)、7069. 33ng·g^(-1)、770. 93ng·g^(-1),Hg元素的平均含量依次为:0. 229ng·g^(-1)、0. 261ng·g^(-1)、0. 241ng·g^(-1)、0. 241ng·g^(-1)、0. 211ng·g^(-1)。结论样品测定结果表明怀山药药材及非药用部位中重金属含量均低于药典标准。 OBJECTIVE The study was to qualitatively and quantitively compare the heavy metal of Dioscorea oppositea and its non-medicament portions,andto make exploitation and utilization review of the non-medicament portions.METHODS Cuprum(Cu),lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),and mercury(Hg) were identified by graphite furnace,flame,and hydrogenizatio-cold vapo ur atomic absorption spectroscopy. RESULTS The average Cu contents in Dioscorea oppositea in rhizome,root bark,rattan,leaves,and bulbils were 4.05μg·g -1 ,26.03μg·g -1 ,23.11μg·g -1 ,21.88μg·g-1 ,19.37μg·g -1 ;the average Cd contents were 33.31ng·g -1,112.64ng·g -1 ,366.80ng·g -1 ,262.20ng·g -1 ,76.14ng·g-1 ;the average As contents were 21.18ng·g -1 ,74.83ng·g -1,438.63ng·g -1 ,330.90ng·g -1 ,23.95ng·g -1 ;the average Pb contents were 820.30ng·g -1 ,1009.93ng·g -1 ,2264.67ng·g -1,7069.33ng·g -1 ,770.93ng·g -1 ;the average Hg contents were 0.229ng·g -1 ,0.261ng·g -1 ,0.241ng·g -1 ,0.241ng·g -1,0.211ng·g -1 ,respectively. CONCLUSION The heavy metal in Dioscorea oppositea and its non-medicament portions are under standard scope except for the Pb level in the leaves.
