人结直肠癌组织中CDCA7表达水平与临床意义分析

Expression and clinical significance of CDCA7 in human colorectal cancer tissue

目的探讨人结直肠癌组织中细胞分裂周期相关蛋白7(CDCA7)的表达水平并分析其临床意义。方法以2012年10月至2013年11月于广西医科大学第一附属医院接受结直肠癌根治术的105例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,患者术前均未接受放化疗,均取结直肠癌标本及正常结直肠黏膜组织标本各一份,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测上述标本中CDCA7的表达,并分析CDCA7的表达水平与结直肠癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 105例患者的组织标本中正常结直肠黏膜组织与结直肠癌组织的CDCA7阳性表达率分别为56.19%(59/105)、80.00%(84/105),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CDCA7阳性表达与结肠癌患者肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、TNM临床分期、是否发生淋巴结转移和远处转移有关(均P<0.05)。结论 CDCA7在人结直肠癌组织中阳性表达率高于正常结直肠黏膜组织,且其表达水平与结直肠癌患者的多个临床病理参数有关,CDCA7可能参与了结直肠癌的发生发展。

Objective To investigate the expression level of Cell Division Cycle Associated Protein 7 （CDCA7） in human colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods 105 patients with colorectal cancer who received radical surgical in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between October 2012 and November 2013 were recruited as research subjects. None of the patients received preoperative chemotherapy. One each sample of colorectal cancer tissue and normal colorectal mucosa tissue was collected. CDCA7 expression level was detected using immunohistochemistry SP method and its correlations with clinical and pathological features were analyzed. Results Among all the tissue, the positioe rate of CDCA7 was 56.19% （59/105） and 80.00% （84/ 105） for normal and cancer tissue, respectively, with significant between-group difference （P 〈 0.05）. Positive CDCA7 was significantly associated with depth of invasion, degree of differentiation, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Positive rate of CDCA7 is higher in human colorectal cancer tissue than in normal tissue. Its expression is associated with several clinical and pathological features. CDCA7 might be involved in the development of colorectal cancer.
