自动痔套扎联合消痔灵硬化剂注射术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效观察

Effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy in treating severe mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨自动痔套扎联合消痔灵硬化剂注射术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法纳入2015年8月至2016年8月乌鲁木齐市中医院收治的60例重度混合痔患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各30例。干预组行自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵硬化剂注射术治疗,对照组予以单纯自动疮套扎术。观察两组患者临床疗效及术后迟发性出血情况、尿潴留的发生情况。结果干预组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组迟发性出血及尿潴留总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯单纯使用自动痔套扎术相比,自动痔套扎术联合消痔灵硬化剂治疗重度混合痔的治疗总有效率更高,且并发症较少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy in treating severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 60 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between August 2015 and August 2016 were recruited and randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the treatment group received automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy and patients in the control received automatic ligation of hemorrhoids alone. Clinical effectiveness, as well as incidence of postoperative delayed hemorrhage and urinary retention were compared between the two groups. Results Overall effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Incidence of delayed hemorrhage and urinary retention was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with using automatic ligation of hemorrhoids alone, combination of automatic ligation and Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy has better overall effectiveness and less complications.
