临床应用微创拔牙术后拔牙创愈合的研究

Study on Wound Healing of the Clinical Application of Minimally Invasive Extraction after Tooth Extraction

目的探讨临床应用微创拔牙术后牙槽窝的愈合效果。方法挑选94例患者的近中中位阻生下颌第三磨牙94颗,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例47颗。剔除失访者后,观察组45例45颗,对照组43例43颗。对照组使用常规器械传统锤凿术拔除,观察组使用新式微创拔牙器械拔除。术后4、6、8、10、12周随访,观察创口愈合情况,X线片记录骨愈合情况,记录各组愈合效果。结果 10周内观察组骨愈合36例(80. 0%),对照组骨愈合3例(7. 0%),无迁延不愈病例。观察组拔牙创骨愈合时间较对照组短(P <0. 05)。结论微创拔牙术拔牙创愈合时间较传统拔牙术短。

Objective To investigate the healing of extraction sockets after clinical application of minimally invasive extraction. Methods Nearly 94 mandibular third molars of 94 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,47 cases in each group. After eliminated the lost,45 cases in the test group,43 cases in the control group. The conventional instruments of traditional chisel in extraction operation was used in the control group using, while the new minimally invasive removal equipment was used in the experimental group. After 4,6,8,10,12 weeks of follow-up, wound healing,was observed and X-ray recording of bone healing was recorded. Results 36 patients （80.0%） were healed in the experimental group within 10 weeks, while there were only 3 cases（7.0% ） in the control group. The time of wound healing after tooth extraction of the exoerimental group was shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The healing time of minixnally invasive tooth extraction was shorter than that of traditional tooth extraction.
