摘要 Christopher Marquis教授在其文章中阐述和对比了印记、路径依赖和同期群体效应这三种历史视角对组织战略和行为的影响。并立足于中国实践分析其在中国组织现象中的表现,为组织研究尤其是中国情境下的企业研究提供了重要的启发。本文从形成历史效应的因果关系角度上探讨了历史对组织战略选择的影响机制,并以一项关于中国企业战略选择行为的具体研究为例,解释了三种历史效应的内涵、联系和区别,最后提出了相关的理论和实践建议。 In his article,Professor Chris Marquis elaborates and contrasts the impact of three historical perspectives,namely,imprinting,path dependence,and the cohort effect,on organizational strategy and behavior. Based on Chinese management practice,he analyzes the manifestation of these historically oriented theories in Chinese organizational phenomena and different types ofenterprises,providing important inspiration for organizational research,especially in the context of China. We explore the effect of history on organizational strategic choices from the perspective of causality that forms historical effects. We then explain the connotation,connection,and differences of three historical effects by taking a specific study of strategic choice behavior of Chinese enterprises as an example. Finally,several theoretical and practical suggestions are proposed.
