Understand History and Benefits for the Future:The Theorization of Historical Effects and Its Applications in the Context of China

“历史如何影响未来”是组织和管理领域的重要议题。本文基于Christopher Marquis发表的《理论化历史进程：对中国管理的启示》一文，结合中国的情境，展开了进一步讨论。具体分析了以下四个方面：第一，历史作用的研究在中国情境下的适用性；第二，对历史观相关理论（印记、路径依赖、同期群体效应、组织惯性、组织惯例、网络效应、思维定式、反馈路径）进行了梳理；第三，引入了系统方法来构建历史观的作用机制；第四，进一步探讨了中国情境下历史观对创业研究、战略研究、动态性环境研究的未来方向的影响。

"How history affects the future"has been a crucial issue in the organization and management fields. Building on the article of"Theorizing Historical Processes: Implications for Chinese Management"by Christopher Marquis,we focused on four aspects of this research topics: first,we discuss the applicability of history research in the context of China; second,we review the historical perspectives,including imprinting, path dependence, cohort effect, organizational inertia, organizational routine,network effects,way of thinking,and feedback; third,we introduce the system dynamic thinking to understand the mechanisms of history; finally,we discuss further research directions of the historical perspective in the research on entrepreneurship,strategy,and dynamic environment in the context of China.
