通窍明目汤对开角型青光眼患者的治疗作用研究

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction in the Treatment of Open-angle Glaucoma Patients

目的:探讨中药通窍明目汤辅助治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床效果。方法:选取2012年5月至2016年1月鹤壁市中医院眼科中心收治的病情已经得到控制的原发性开角型青光眼患者220例(386眼),根据入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组110例,2组均予以小梁切除术等常规方法治疗,观察组同时给予通窍明目汤连续治疗3个疗程(15 d为1个疗程)。结果:治疗后,2组患者治疗后的视力较治疗前均提高(P <0. 05),观察组患者的视野平均光敏度高于对照组(P <0. 005)、平均缺损值均低于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组视网膜中央动脉血流PSA、EDV测定值高于对照组(P <0. 05),RI测定值低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组总有效率74. 55%,对照组为60. 91%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中药通窍明目汤辅助治疗原发性开角型青光眼有利于改善血流循环、扩大视野、提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine tqmm Decoction on treating primary open-angle glaucoma patients. Methods： A total of 220 cases （386 eyes） of patients with primary open-angle glaucoma treated in Department of Ophtalmology in Hebi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 110 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with neurotrophic agent and other conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction for 3 courses （15 d as a course）. Results： After treatment,the visual acuity of both groups was improved after treatment （ P 〈0.05）.Compared with control group,the vision mean sensitivity of observation group was higher （ P 〈0.005）,and the mean defect values were lower （ P 〈0.05）.The central retinal artery blood PSA,EDV values were higher （ P 〈0.05）,and the determination of RI value in observation group was lower （ P 〈0.05）.After treatment,the total efficiency of observation group and control group were 74.55% and 60.91%,and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tongqiao Mingmu Decoction of Chinese medicine in adjuvant treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma can improve blood circulation,expand the horizons and improve the therapeutic effects.
