摘要
针对某供水工程泵站供水过程中因负荷过大、压力波动等因素造成的供水不稳定现象,提出了一种以滑模算法为核心的PLC泵站供水设计方法。滑模控制器代替PI控制器,饱和函数的引入削弱了滑模控制中的抖振问题,改善了水泵电机供水的稳定性。
Aiming at the instability of water supply caused by excessive load and pressure fluctuation in the watersup ply process of a water supply pumping station, a design method of water supply for PLC pumping station withsliding mode algorithm as the core is proposed. The sliding mode controller replaces the PI controller , and theintroduction of the saturation function weakens the chattering problem in the sliding mode control and improves thestability of the water supply of the pump motor.
