通过分析盘类零件轴向等分孔的特点,利用"误差平均效应"原理,以圆柱销和钢球对定的分度装置来控制快速分度定位加工的方法,设计一种专用于加工盘类零件的夹具。该工具成本低廉,提高了工作效率,且使用性能平稳。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of axial equipartition hole of disc parts, and uses the principle of＂error average effect＂ to control the rapid separation positioning processing method with a cylindrical pin and a steelball splitter device, and designsa fixture for machining disc parts. The tool has low cost, improves work efficiency withstable performance.
