摘要
立足于示波器探头的定义和工作原理,分析了示波器探头使用要点、示波器探讨测量结果的误差,希望对相关单位提供些许参考。
Based on the definition and working principle of oscilloscope probe, this paper first analyzes the main pointsof oscilloscope probe use, then analyzes the error of oscilloscope to discuss the measurement result, providing somereference for relevant units.
